Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clarify (also written as كلاريفاي), an AI-powered legal document analysis service operated from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using Clarify in any way — including visiting getclarify.ae, paying for a document analysis, or uploading a document — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Eligibility & Territory

Our service is intended for users located within the United Arab Emirates. By using Clarify, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You reside in the UAE

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If we discover that we have received information from a minor, we will delete it.

Clarify is an automated AI tool that produces plain-language analyses of legal and contractual documents — including but not limited to residential lease/tenancy contracts, employment contracts, insurance policies, NDAs, and service agreements — in both English and Arabic. Analyses are delivered by email and PDF attachment, typically within minutes of upload.

Clarify is not a law firm, legal practice, or licensed legal services provider in any jurisdiction.

3. No Legal Advice & No Lawyer-Client Relationship

IMPORTANT. Clarify is an automated analysis tool. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations of any kind. Use of our service does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Clarify, its owner, or any third party. Our analyses are for informational and educational purposes only and must not be used as a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified UAE legal practitioner.

For any legally binding decision — including signing, terminating, or disputing a contract — you should consult a licensed UAE lawyer.

تنبيه هام. كلاريفاي هو أداة تحليل آلية. نحن لا نقدم استشارات قانونية أو آراء قانونية أو توصيات من أي نوع. استخدام خدمتنا لا يُنشئ علاقة محامٍ-موكّل بينك وبين كلاريفاي أو مالكها أو أي طرف ثالث. تحليلاتنا لأغراض معلوماتية وتعليمية فقط، ويجب ألا تُستخدم بديلاً عن الحكم المهني لممارس قانوني مرخّص في دولة الإمارات.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, legality, and ownership of the documents you upload

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to upload and analyze each document

  • Verifying the analysis against the original document and applicable UAE law before acting on it

  • Any decisions made based on the analysis Clarify provides

Clarify is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences of decisions you make based on our analyses.

5. Document Handling

Documents you upload are processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested analysis. Specifically:

  • Encryption: Uploaded documents are transmitted using secure encryption (TLS) and processed by enterprise-grade providers (see Section 12) whose infrastructure follows industry-standard security practices.

  • No AI training: Your documents are not used to train any general-purpose AI models. Our third-party AI provider is bound by enterprise data-handling agreements that prohibit such use.

  • Retention: Uploaded documents and their generated analyses are retained for a maximum of 30 days after delivery, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our active systems.

  • Right to immediate deletion: You may request immediate deletion of your document and analysis at any time by emailing support@getclarify.ae. Requests are honored within 7 business days.

  • Backups: Routine encrypted backups may retain residual copies for up to 90 days for disaster-recovery purposes, after which they are also permanently deleted.

6. Privacy & Data Security

We treat your data with confidentiality and implement security measures aligned with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and industry best practices for data handling. See our full Privacy Policy for details on data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

7. Payments & Pricing

The fee for a document analysis is AED 49 per document. All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) by our payment processor, Stripe. There are no recurring subscription fees — you pay only for the analyses you request.

Pricing may change in the future. Any change will apply only to purchases made after the change is published; it will not affect analyses already paid for.

رسوم تحليل المستند الواحد هي ٤٩ درهماً إماراتياً. تتم جميع المعاملات بالدرهم الإماراتي عبر معالج المدفوعات Stripe. لا توجد رسوم اشتراك متكررة — أنت تدفع فقط مقابل التحليلات التي تطلبها.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Clarify offers a quality guarantee on every document analysis. If the analysis we deliver fails to meet what we promised, we will refund the full AED 49 to you.

To request a refund, email support@getclarify.ae within 7 days of purchase and briefly tell us which of the following quality issues applies to your case:

  1. The analysis never arrived within 24 hours of your upload.

  2. The analysis is incomplete — a core section is missing or cut off (for example, the English or Arabic version is truncated).

  3. The analysis contains material errors — it describes terms not in your document, misidentifies the document type, or contains factual mistakes that change the meaning of your contract.

  4. The PDF file is broken — it won't open, is corrupted, or is unreadable.

Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving your email; your bank typically takes another 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind after a correctly delivered analysis, disagreement with our interpretation of standard contract terms, or decisions you make based on an analysis (see Section 13).

If your situation doesn't fit the criteria above but you feel a refund is fair, email us anyway — we review every message personally and may issue goodwill refunds at our discretion.

9. AI Limitations & Accuracy

Clarify analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, ambiguities, or interpretations that differ from professional legal advice. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any analysis to your specific situation.

You acknowledge that AI can:

  • Misinterpret unusual or unclear contract language

  • Omit clauses it does not detect

  • Generate confident-sounding statements that are nevertheless incorrect ("hallucinations")

  • Lag behind recent changes in UAE law or regulation

You must independently verify any critical points with a qualified UAE legal practitioner before taking any binding action.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use Clarify to:

  • Analyze stolen, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained documents

  • Bypass legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements

  • Conduct automated scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with our service or infrastructure

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose under UAE law

  • Resell or commercially redistribute Clarify analyses without our written permission

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any fees paid.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, prompts, and other intellectual property on the Clarify platform are owned by Clarify or its licensors.

You retain full ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant Clarify a limited, non-exclusive, time-bound license to process that document solely for the purpose of generating your requested analysis. This license expires when the document is deleted under Section 5.

The analysis you receive is yours to use for personal informational purposes.

12. Third-Party Services

To deliver our service, we use the following trusted third-party providers:

  • Anthropic — Claude AI, for document analysis (bound by enterprise data-handling agreements; does not use customer data for training)

  • PDF.co — for document text extraction and PDF generation

  • Stripe — for payment processing

  • Google Workspace (Gmail) — for email delivery

  • Fillout — for the document upload form

  • Make.com — for workflow automation

  • Wix — for website hosting

Use of our service is subject to these providers' respective terms and privacy policies. We do not share your data with any third parties beyond these processors, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Clarify, its owner, and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our service

  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any analysis

  • Decisions you make in reliance on any analysis

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Clarify, its owner, and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of our service

  • Your violation of any law or third-party right

  • Documents you upload that you did not have the legal right to upload

15. Force Majeure

Clarify is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or failures resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by our third-party providers (Anthropic, Stripe, PDF.co, Wix, Make.com, Fillout, Google)

  • Internet, hosting, or telecommunications failures

  • Natural disasters, fires, floods, sandstorms, or extreme weather

  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public-health emergencies

  • Government actions, regulatory changes, sanctions, or court orders

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or other extraordinary events

16. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify these Terms, our pricing, or our service at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of Clarify after a change is published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

For material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active customers by email.

17. Termination

You may stop using Clarify at any time, with no notice required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service — without notice and without refund — for any user found to be in material breach of these Terms (including Section 10 — Prohibited Use), or where required by law.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that by their nature should survive — including Sections 4, 11, 13, 14, and 18.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

You may stop using Clarify at any time, with no notice required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service — without notice and without refund — for any user found to be in material breach of these Terms (including Section 10 — Prohibited Use), or where required by law.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that by their nature should survive — including Sections 4, 11, 13, 14, and 18.

4. مسؤوليات المستخدم

أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن:

  • أي قرارات تتخذها بناءً على التحليل الذي يقدمه كلاريفاي

كلاريفاي غير مسؤول عن أي تبعات مباشرة أو غير مباشرة لقرارات تتخذها بناءً على تحليلاتنا

6. الخصوصية وأمن البيانات

نتعامل مع بياناتك بسريّة، ونطبّق تدابير أمنية بما يتماشى مع المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٤٥ لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة الإمارات، وأفضل ممارسات الصناعة في معالجة البيانات. للاطلاع على التفاصيل الكاملة عن البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحقوقك، يرجى مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية

8. الاسترداد وضمان استرداد المبلغ

يقدّم كلاريفاي ضمان جودة على كل تحليل مستند. إذا فشل التحليل الذي قدمناه في الوفاء بما وعدنا به، سنُعيد إليك المبلغ كاملاً (٤٩ درهماً).

لطلب الاسترداد، راسلنا على support@getclarify.ae خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، وأخبرنا باختصار أيٌّ من مشاكل الجودة التالية تنطبق على حالتك:

١. التحليل لم يصل خلال ٢٤ ساعة من رفع مستندك.

٢. التحليل غير مكتمل — قسم رئيسي مفقود أو مقطوع (مثلاً، النسخة الإنجليزية أو العربية مبتورة).

٣. التحليل يحتوي على أخطاء جوهرية — يصف شروطاً غير موجودة في مستندك، أو يخطئ في تحديد نوع المستند، أو يحتوي على أخطاء واقعية تُغيِّر معنى عقدك.

٤. ملف PDF معطّل — لا يفتح، أو تالف، أو غير قابل للقراءة.

تتم معالجة الاستردادات خلال يوم عمل واحد من استلام بريدك؛ ويستغرق بنكك عادةً ٣–٥ أيام عمل إضافية. تتم الاستردادات عبر Stripe إلى نفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة عند الشراء.

لا يتم إصدار استرداد في حالات تغيير الرأي بعد تسليم تحليل صحيح، أو الاختلاف مع تفسيرنا لشروط عقدية اعتيادية، أو القرارات التي تتخذها بناءً على التحليل (انظر البند ١٣).

إذا لم تنطبق حالتك على المعايير أعلاه لكنك تشعر أن الاسترداد عادل، راسلنا على أي حال — نقرأ كل رسالة شخصياً وقد نُصدر استردادات بحسن نية وفق تقديرنا.

تتم معالجة المستندات التي ترفعها لغرض إنشاء التحليل المطلوب فقط. وعلى وجه التحديد:

  • التشفير: يتم نقل المستندات المرفوعة عبر تشفير آمن (TLS)، وتتم معالجتها بواسطة مزوّدين على مستوى المؤسسات (انظر البند ١٢) تتبع بنيتهم التحتية ممارسات أمنية وفق معايير الصناعة.

  • عدم استخدامها للتدريب: لا تُستخدم مستنداتك لتدريب أي نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة. مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي نتعامل معه ملزم باتفاقيات معالجة بيانات على مستوى المؤسسات تمنع مثل هذا الاستخدام.

  • مدة الاحتفاظ: يتم الاحتفاظ بالمستندات المرفوعة وتحليلاتها لمدة أقصاها ٣٠ يوماً بعد التسليم، وبعد ذلك تُحذف تلقائياً ونهائياً من أنظمتنا الفعالة.

  • حق الحذف الفوري: يحق لك طلب الحذف الفوري لمستندك وتحليلك في أي وقت عبر مراسلتنا على support@getclarify.ae. تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال ٧ أيام عمل.

  • النسخ الاحتياطي: قد تحتفظ نُسخنا الاحتياطية المشفّرة بنسخ بقايا لمدة تصل إلى ٩٠ يوماً لأغراض التعافي من الكوارث، وبعد ذلك تُحذف نهائيا

تحليلات كلاريفاي يتم إنشاؤها بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد تحتوي على عدم دقة، أو إغفال، أو غموض، أو تفسيرات تختلف عن الاستشارة القانونية المهنية. نحن لا نضمن دقة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، ولا اكتمالاً، ولا انطباقاً للتحليل على حالتك المحددة.

أنت تقرّ بأن الذكاء الاصطناعي قد:

  • يُسيء تفسير لغة العقود غير المألوفة أو غير الواضحة

  • يُغفل بنوداً لم يلتقطها

  • يُولّد عبارات تبدو واثقة لكنها قد تكون غير صحيحة (ما يُعرف بـ "الهلوسة")

  • يتأخر عن مواكبة التغييرات الحديثة في القانون أو اللوائح الإماراتية

يجب عليك التحقق بشكل مستقل من أي نقاط جوهرية مع ممارس قانوني مرخّص في دولة الإمارات قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء ملزم

10. الاستخدامات المحظورة

لا يجوز لك استخدام كلاريفاي من أجل:

  • تحليل مستندات مسروقة، أو مزوّرة، أو تم الحصول عليها بطريقة غير قانونية

  • التحايل على متطلبات قانونية، أو تنظيمية، أو تعاقدية

  • إجراء عمليات استخراج آلي للبيانات، أو الهندسة العكسية، أو التدخل في خدمتنا أو بنيتنا التحتية

  • استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات

  • إعادة بيع أو إعادة توزيع تحليلات كلاريفاي تجارياً دون إذن خطي مسبق منا

أي انتهاك لهذا البند قد يؤدي إلى إنهاء فوري للحساب ومصادرة أي رسوم مدفوعة

جميع البرمجيات، والعلامات التجارية، والمحتوى، والـ prompts (الموجّهات)، وأي ملكية فكرية أخرى على منصة كلاريفاي مملوكة لكلاريفاي أو للجهات المرخّصة له.

تحتفظ بالملكية الكاملة لأي مستندات ترفعها. برفعك لمستند، فإنك تمنح كلاريفاي ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري ومحدد المدة لمعالجة ذلك المستند، حصراً لغرض إنشاء التحليل المطلوب. ينتهي هذا الترخيص عند حذف المستند وفقاً للبند ٥.

التحليل الذي تستلمه هو ملكٌ لك، يحقّ لك استخدامه لأغراضك المعلوماتية الشخصية.

لتقديم خدمتنا، نستخدم مزوّدي الأطراف الثالثة الموثوقين التاليين:

  • Anthropic — منصة Claude AI لتحليل المستندات (ملزمة باتفاقيات معالجة بيانات على مستوى المؤسسات؛ ولا تستخدم بيانات العملاء للتدريب)

  • PDF.co — لاستخراج النصوص من المستندات وإنشاء ملفات PDF

  • Stripe — لمعالجة المدفوعات

  • Google Workspace (Gmail) — لتسليم البريد الإلكتروني

  • Fillout — لنموذج رفع المستندات

  • Make.com — لأتمتة سير العمل

  • Wix — لاستضافة الموقع الإلكتروني

استخدام خدمتنا يخضع لشروط وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهؤلاء المزوّدين. نحن لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي أطراف ثالثة غير هؤلاء المعالجين، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة كانت

13. حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الأقصى المسموح به بموجب القانون الإماراتي، فإن كلاريفاي ومالكه والشركات التابعة له غير مسؤولين عن أي أضرار مباشرة، أو غير مباشرة، أو عَرَضية، أو تبعية، أو خاصة، أو تأديبية ناشئة عن:

  • استخدامك للخدمة أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها

  • أي أخطاء، أو إغفالات، أو عدم دقة في أي تحليل

  • قرارات تتخذها اعتماداً على أي تحليل

  • فقدان البيانات، أو الأرباح، أو الفرص التجارية

تُقدَّم خدمتنا "كما هي" و**"حسب توفّرها"** دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة كانت أم ضمنية. وفي جميع الأحوال، فإن إجمالي مسؤوليتنا الكلية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة لن يتجاوز المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال ٣٠ يوماً السابقة للحدث الذي أدى إلى المطالبة

14. التعويض

توافق على تعويض كلاريفاي ومالكه والشركات التابعة له والدفاع عنهم وعدم تحميلهم أي مسؤولية من أي مطالبات، أو أضرار، أو خسائر، أو التزامات، أو نفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب قانونية معقولة) ناشئة عن:

  • إخلالك بهذه الشروط

  • إساءة استخدامك للخدمة

  • انتهاكك لأي قانون أو حق طرف ثالث

  • مستندات ترفعها وليس لديك الحق القانوني في رفعها

15. القوة القاهرة

كلاريفاي غير مسؤول عن أي انقطاع، أو تأخير، أو فشل في الخدمة ناتج عن أسباب خارجة عن سيطرته المعقولة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

  • انقطاعات أو تغييرات أو قيود يفرضها مزوّدونا الخارجيون (Anthropic, Stripe, PDF.co, Wix, Make.com, Fillout, Google)

  • أعطال الإنترنت أو الاستضافة أو الاتصالات

  • الكوارث الطبيعية، الحرائق، الفيضانات، العواصف الرملية، أو الأحوال الجوية القاسية

  • الجوائح، الأوبئة، أو حالات الطوارئ الصحية العامة

  • الإجراءات الحكومية، التغييرات التنظيمية، العقوبات، أو الأوامر القضائية

  • الحروب، الإرهاب، الاضطرابات المدنية، أو أي أحداث استثنائية أخرى

يحق لنا تعديل هذه الشروط، أو أسعارنا، أو خدمتنا في أي وقت. تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى هذه الصفحة سيعكس آخر تعديل. استمرارك في استخدام كلاريفاي بعد نشر أي تعديل يُعتبر قبولاً منك للشروط الجديدة.

في حالة وجود تعديلات جوهرية، سنبذل جهداً معقولاً لإخطار العملاء النشطين عبر البريد الإلكتروني

يحق لك التوقف عن استخدام كلاريفاي في أي وقت دون أي إشعار مسبق.

ونحتفظ بحق تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى خدمتنا — دون إشعار ودون استرداد — لأي مستخدم يثبت إخلاله الجوهري بهذه الشروط (بما في ذلك البند ١٠ — الاستخدامات المحظورة)، أو حيث يقتضي القانون ذلك.

لا يُعفي الإنهاء أياً من الطرفين من الالتزامات التي بطبيعتها يجب أن تستمر — بما في ذلك البنود ٤، ١١، ١٣، ١٤، و١٨.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، كما هي مطبّقة في إمارة أبوظبي. أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو عن استخدامك لكلاريفاي يخضع لـ الاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم إمارة أبوظبي، دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

إذا تبيّن أن أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى البنود المتبقية سارية المفعول بالكامل.
